Direct payment contracts between payers (dApps, ecosystems) and indexers — payers create offers, indexers accept on-chain, payment released on POI. Filed March 2026.

REO mechanism extended to Substreams providers — quality metrics gate protocol issuance for Substreams indexers. Listed on official roadmap Q2–Q4 2026.

Network-First Chain Integration Process

Updated chain onboarding requiring demonstrated query demand before protocol-funded rewards. Chains without active usage lose issuance. GIP-0087 DIPs integration Q2–Q3 2026.
